Established in January 2020, ESPR is a Business Development Consultancy that Recruits and Sells on behalf of Our Clients, a preferred group of Companies with aspiring businesses in Puerto Rico. We support all regions of Puerto Rico. We are located in and hold a special affinity to the northwest of Puerto Rico, NWPR.

Principal Agent Jennifer Tiller AKA "JT" is a gifted Headhunter; an experienced entrepreneur, successful Client advocate and faithful Ambassador of Puerto Rico. It is a heavenly place to stay while investigating your new found opportunities in Northwest Puerto Rico.

A Canadian Citizen at birth, JT holds US Permanent Residency and has called Shacks Beach in Isabela, PR home since 2006.

JT completed a Masters Degree in Ottawa Canada, worked for a decade in retail sales, then as an anti-racism and gender equity educator for the Canadian Government, before ultimately excelling as a Top Gun Recruiter in the IT Staffing Industry in Chicago, Illinois (1995-2006).
In Puerto Rico, JT recruited with METRO and Pinpoint until after Hurricane Maria when ESPR launched.
